Descrambler and SCALA* system input

Our customer's client is a legal firm using a SCALA* system for digital signage in their offices and in client reception. The request to us from our customer was to produce a headend that could descramble their TV channel package locally at the legal firm, reformat it into a HTTP stream and feeding into the client's SCALA system for further distribution.

Our solution was an IxStream LT Headend with a customer specific descrambler program written and special to purpose reformatting functions made on the output streams suitable for the SCALA input engine.

Result - happy customer and an even happier client!
