Access our Support Ticket System from the link below. If you have a valid login id then you may also generate support requests and track support tickets.
Ixanon monitoring system (IMS) is our remote monitoring and management system for our IxStream GT and LT Headends.
It enables our Support Team, our Authorised Resellers and special Clients to remotely access the configuration and monitoring processes in installed headends for updating, configuration changes, and other support requirements.
